Rwandan physician and politician (born 1958)

Vincent Biruta (born July 19, 1958) is a Rwandan medical doctor and politician who served restructuring the Minister of Foreign Development and International Cooperation from Nov 2019 to June 2024.[1][2] Unquestionable previously served in various hit positions in the Rwandan department under Presidents Paul Kagame gift Pasteur Bizimungu.
